Receptionist

Overview

Spanish Valley Clinic is looking for a dynamic professional with a friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills to fill a receptionist position. Duties and requirements include, but are not limited to the following: computer proficiency, patient scheduling in electronic medical record system (we user Cerner), referrals and appointments, scanning, answering phones, clerical skills, quality customer service, etc. While not required, someone that speaks Spanish may be preferred.

Minimum Requirements

The applicant must have a high school diploma and be someone that is reliable, hard working, professional, and will follow and maintain confidences as required by healthcare and HIPAA law.
