Dr. Anderson earned her medical degree from the University of Utah before completing her Family Medicine Residency at Ventura County Family Medicine Residency, where she received broad training in outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and trauma care. She is board-certified in family medicine and provides comprehensive, full-spectrum care for patients of all ages. She has extensive training in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, pediatrics, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, addiction medicine, and behavioral health.

Dr. Anderson is passionate about partnering with patients to achieve their health goals through evidence-based, compassionate care. She performs a wide range of office and hospital procedures including skin biopsies, joint injections, pap smears, lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, paracentesis, central venous access, and other bedside procedures. Her training in trauma and critical care allows her to care for patients with both routine and complex medical needs, with a special interest in serving rural and underserved communities. Hobbies and interests include running, mountain biking, reading and spending time with her family.

Dr. Jeppesen completed his medical degree and Master of Public Health at The Ohio State University and his family medicine residency at McKay-Dee Hospital, where he received broad training in full-spectrum family medicine. He continues to bring that comprehensive approach to caring for patients in rural Utah, including serving patients in both clinic and hospital settings.

Dr. Jeppesen believes that listening is one of the most important parts of medicine. Most of his time outside of work is spent trying to keep up with his children. His greatest love is his five sons, who are growing quickly into young men. Dr. Nielson can often be found on the sideline or in the bleachers of many different sporting events. Should time allow, he also enjoys riding ATVs, searching for shiny rocks with his wife or trying to locate some of the local wildlife.

McKay earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from BYU-Idaho and her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, swimming, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Lauren earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Doctor of Medical Science degrees from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Before becoming a physician assistant, she worked as a medical assistant in family medicine, where she discovered her passion for primary care. Dr. Jeanne Wigant is a dually board-certified Family Medicine and High-Risk Obstetrics physician who provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages at San Juan Health. From contraception to menopause and everything along the way, Dr. Wigant specializes in Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology providing the full spectrum of care throughout a woman’s life. She provides prenatal care, labor and delivery, hormone replacement therapy, pessary management, preventive services, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions. She has also become a local resource for complex gynecologic care that would historically have been made to travel out of our area for care. Dr. Wigant is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them through every stage of life.

Dr. Wigant earned her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, completed her family medicine residency at McKay-Dee Hospital, and completed an obstetrics and maternal health fellowship at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and expanding access to high-quality women’s health and obstetric services for the rural communities she serves.
